To register to attend this year’s AGM, virtually or in-person, please click
and follow the registration process.
Please choose whether you want to attend in-person at Carrol’s Café or virtually in the last step of the registration process.
You will receive an email from
confirming your registration, as well as providing you with a calendar invite to remind you of the AGM.
24 hours before the AGM you will receive an email from
with the details you need to log onto the Lumi platform to attend the AGM virtually, and to vote on the resolutions.
Pre-Voting will open on 28
June and close on 30
You will also need your login credentials to access the pre-voting platform. Please follow the instructions below:
Click on the PRE-VOTE button
Enter the Meeting ID
Select "I am a Member"
Enter the USERNAME and PASSWORD you received in your confirmation of registration email
In order to use the pre-voting facility, you must log in and cast your pre-votes by following the on-screen prompts, which have been detailed below:
Once the voting has opened, the polling icon will appear on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. From here, the resolutions and voting choices will be displayed.
To vote, simply select your voting direction from the options shown on-screen. A confirmation message will appear to show that your vote has been received.
To change your vote, simply select another direction. If you wish to cancel your vote, please press Cancel.
If you are unable to attend the AGM in-person or online, we would encourage you to use the pre-vote facility to make your voice heard.
